02. Products and information

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, color and selected options before placing an order. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. Product dimensions are listed on individual product pages. Items require assembly unless the product description states otherwise.

Product images illustrate the selected design and color. They do not establish performance ratings, certifications or load capacities.

03. Prices and charges

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The order summary shows item prices, quantities, shipping, tax and total before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free for the supported U.S. delivery area. The current checkout tax amount is $0.00.

04. Payment authorization and order acceptance

By submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment authorization, order acceptance and fulfillment are distinct steps.

Submitting a checkout request alone does not establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted. Any payment result or order acceptance must be communicated through the applicable transaction process. For questions about the status of a transaction, contact us.

05. Delivery

Delivery is available to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., excluding PO Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Please read our Shipping Policy for the fixed GMT−06:00 cut-off, business-day calculation and full delivery terms.

06. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Different handling applies to damaged, defective or incorrect items as set out in that policy.

There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Obtain authorization before returning items to our address in France.

07. Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Website branding, original images and content may not be reproduced or used without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

08. Privacy and applicable rights

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe information handling and browser storage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
