Shipping Policy

01. Where we ship

We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses or PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

02. Shipping cost and method

All orders receive free standard shipping. There is one standard shipping method. No expedited shipping option is offered.

03. Order cut-off and handling

Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago reference). This is a fixed UTC−06:00 offset throughout the year and does not change for daylight saving time. During Chicago daylight saving time, this corresponds to 8:00 PM Chicago local time.

Handling takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day may begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

04. Transit and estimated total delivery

After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Adding handling and transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable processing start day.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. A cut-off, weekend or holiday may affect when counting begins. If you need help with a delivery, contact us with your order details.

05. Address and delivery assistance

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error or your delivery is missing or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] so we can review the situation and help.

06. Taxes

The checkout tax amount is $0.00 under our current pricing arrangement. This does not describe the products as legally tax-exempt.
